Predicting Tank Supports going Coin because their mana regen is crippled with new Runes.

There are too many champions with toxic play patterns in this game - Zoe just adds to the problem

Is Zoe designed to make supports miserable?

Will the new runes be locked behind the levelling system like old runes and masteries or not?
