Will the new runes be locked behind the levelling system like old runes and masteries or not?
Can't seem to find anything on this so just wondering if anyone has heard anything

FOR JUSTICE2 votesI have to genuinely ask why this is getting downvoted, if he's simply asking a question...?
SnyperWulff1 votesIm fairly certain I remember reading that there is no minumum level now, you get them right from the start.
Naalith1 votesNot if you're 30, I think if you're like under level 5 or 10 or something you have to use the presets but since you are 30 it should be no issue.
Naqel1 votesLast I heard, it's: -Locked champion specific loadouts until level 10 -Default preconfigured pages until level 20 -Full freedom afterwards
Aurelion Söl1 votesfrom the videos i have seen everyone gets the runes unlocked at all levels to level the playing field.
