tank items are pretty trash compared to AD items too.

Why the hell do you need to build defensive items to get any CDR?
You get 20% from morellos and that's pretty much it
meanwhile every single tank item in existance has 10 cdr
in fact morellos is so much better than every other AP item that not rushing it feels like garbage
Not all tank items give CDR. But yes we could use some more CDR options for mages.
