@Riot does Karthus Wall (W) count towards being hit by an ability?

Decided to repost this simply to clarify that I meant the Wall of pain, not his Defile (E). Since Wall technically deals no damage, is walking through it considered getting hit with an ability?

It doesn't apply ability hits so it does not count for Electrocute, Arcane Comet, Phase Rush
