Watching Zoe's gameplay looks like she's gonna have a 30% win rate in the start...

I can't tell if she's garbage or just just really hard to play, since you have to manage summoners with your W also.

From the looks of it she is a very mechanically intense champion, and so will likely begin with a very low win rate, before eventually becoming abusively strong in practiced hands. Her kit itself is quite loaded, and I feel her numbers may also be a tad strong right now (your Q can deal literally 2k+ damage on its own), so I think she'll turn out to be quite powerful on Live, even if it'll take her a little while to get there.

Also worth mentioning is that I feel it's going to be really easy to anticipate the complaints against her: she's already getting flak for being hypermobile, but I also think many are going to get frustrated at the random nature of her W, as she gets this completely randomized selection of spells and item actives from minion kills that can unpredictably win her fights. Because her entire kit is built from the ground up to let her one-shot people with long-range Qs, which isn't always going to be particularly interactive either, people are going to bring up "LC$ Big Play$" whenever she blows people up by exploiting blind spots or getting fed. Her spell-stealing also means that picking Flash against her is going to feel really bad, as she can not only duplicate the spell for free, but also use it against you with the movespeed boost and damage she gets, and that's also going to frustrate a lot of players who will feel like they don't really have the option to escape against Zoe (which is kind of true). She has some weaknesses, but she also has a lot of features that are bound to frustrate quite a few.

You can easily get a 2.5ish second cooldown on your ult with Ultimate Hat and Transcendence Runes at lv 16. Its pretty crazy.

in all honesty though, people like to point out 3 flashes, but I shit my self when I realized:

item 3800 item 3146 item 3142

RIP your chances of escaping

W gives a 70% move speed buff for 4 seconds at max rank.

Who needs those?

he's saying if you have those and the enemy is Zoe, you're basically lowering your own coffin

She probably will. Then Riot will overbuff her and she'll have a 55% winrate despite the fact that people just needed to learn how to play her

She's gonna be like Taliyah. She's a hard af champ to play but I think that she's gonna be pretty good when you master her.

But before anyone has time to learn her mechanics, people will complain that she's garbage and Riot will 'hotfix' her with buffs before realizing she was fine to begin with and bringing down the nerf hammer?

She is pretty hard to play/get used to. Seems kind of strong tho, 1 E basically means you die without item 3140 summoner 1

Her Q has the damage of old Nid spears without the accompanying weakness of low wave clear.

Extra summs/items are awesome, but her damage is seriously through the roof.

She's hard, but not to an ungodly degree. It'll take all of a week for people to get good enough at her to make her pick or ban.

I think she'll be fucking insane once people learn her kit well.

She's just really difficult.
