Press the Attack bug (probably with true damage?)

"Increasing damage they take by 12% from all sources for 6 seconds. I tried few times but Darius ULT still deal the same damage with this keystone. I was using Fervor of Battle last season and I kinda pissed off to not see the similar option in new meta. (Meanwhile mages/assassins and tanks got their damn Thunderlords and Grasp back)

True damage is never affected by effects and abilities that would reduce it by a set amount or percentage, what you see is what you get.

It has been this way since, I believe, Season 3, and it is the intended and correct behavior.

Welp then it looks like a legit stuff. But seriously I don't find it fair... Q_Q Hit 4 times and have fun with 64 bonus dmg. Here we got some abomination instead

While it is not a bug, at least it does increase the damage of the autos and passive ticks, or any basic abilities you did not use till after procing it.

True damage usually isn't modified by percent damage amplifiers or reductions.

press the attack was the replacement for fervor of battle before the patch, but they've changed it. the old effect was an endlessly stacking attack damage, which seemed to be too op, so instead of nerfing it they've changed it wholely. this really sucks... i hope they'll change it back to be like fervor of battle and just nerf it to be like "stacking up to 4 stacks" or whatever.
