I think Top lane and Bot lane should switch

Ok sooo ... a bit controversial but I think that adc and support should be at top lane rather than bot. Top laners are allowed a little more relaxation in the laning phase so its a bit easier for top laners to wander which means the jgler is able to get dragon a little faster, also rift herald can be seen as a better buff for adc and support rather than top laner because the adc/support laner needs either ganks from jgl, mid, or ZZ Rot at times and having baby baron right there would make it for more usable in game. Also since some champs who used to be viable in bot lane are no longer able to be viable in bot lane (i.e. Mordekaiser) it makes sense to switch lanes because who plays and not try to get dragon? The only positive that bot lane has for adc and supp is that there's red buff right there. Thoughts? Also I support, adc, and top lane all the time and I've thought this since I first joined at the end of season 4 so I want honest opinions!
