Pre-season bonus EXP?

Does anyone else think Riot should enable a double EXP boost for pre-season, to kick off the new "Infinite Summoner Level" design? It would allow long time players too see what it's all about, and help newer players rank up to level 30 for next season, so they don't miss out on the ranked climb. I feel like this would genuinely help everyone for next season, and give us an even bigger incentive to play during the Pre-Season, as this tends to be the time where the League Of Legends community fizzles out, and then re-kindles during the return of the ranked season.

I like free stuff but I don't really see a purpose to this. At level 30 you still level up pretty fast so the old players are definitely going to see how champ chests work pretty quickly.

New players are already going to have an easier time unlocking ranked than we're used to and they'll have a whole year to get ready for it before season 8 shuts down so I don't see any special to let them rush into Ranked even faster than that.
