Will each ranked border be different per rank tier?

For example, will you be able to tell whether or not someone placed in Gold 1 vs Gold 5, or Platinum 1 vs Platinum 5 simply based on their ranked border? Or will Gold 1 and Gold 5 have the same ranked border? No one answered me on the support page, but I'm assuming it's the latter.
