Mouse sensitivity in-game -> desktop

Hello everybody,

Fact: league has twice as much options as windows offer in mouse sensitivity. Problem: I'm using 35 in-game sensitivity which is between 4 and 5 ticks on windows, so sensitivity always changes when I start the game. Question: Is there any tool or a way to adjust my windows sensitivity to in-game's sensitivity? Why I need this is that my muscles wouldn't need to always adapt to desktop and in-game sensitivity. It feels like I could get way better mechanically if I had same sensitivity on windows as I have in-game. Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards,

Regards,

Sorry for the late response. There is a way to do this.

Even though Windows only has 11 pointer speed notches in the control panel, it has 20 sensitivity steps available. League doesn't have its own sensitivity control. The game uses the Windows sensitivity while in-game and reverts it afterwards. Every in-game sensitivity step corresponds to one Windows sensitivity step.

  1. In-Game 5, CPI Multiplier 0.03125, Windows Pointer Speed 1/110
  2. In-Game 10, CPI Multiplier 0.0625, Windows Pointer Speed 2/11
  3. In-Game 15, CPI Multiplier 0.125
  4. In-Game 20, CPI Multiplier 0.25, Windows Pointer Speed 3/11
  5. In-Game 25, CPI Multiplier 0.375
  6. In-Game 30, CPI Multiplier 0.5, Windows Pointer Speed 4/11
  7. In-Game 35, CPI Multiplier 0.625
  8. In-Game 40, CPI Multiplier 0.75, Windows Pointer Speed 5/11
  9. In-Game 45, CPI Multiplier 0.875
  10. In-Game 50, CPI Multiplier 1, Windows Pointer Speed 6/11
  11. In-Game 55, CPI Multiplier 1.25
  12. In-Game 60, CPI Multiplier 1.5, Windows Pointer Speed 7/11
  13. In-Game 65, CPI Multiplier 1.75
  14. In-Game 70, CPI Multiplier 2, Windows Pointer Speed 8/11
  15. In-Game 75, CPI Multiplier 2.25
  16. In-Game 80, CPI Multiplier 2.5, Windows Pointer Speed 9/11
  17. In-Game 85, CPI Multiplier 2.75
  18. In-Game 90, CPI Multiplier 3, Windows Pointer Speed 10/11
  19. In-Game 95, CPI Multiplier 3.25
  20. In-Game 100, CPI Multiplier 3.5, Windows Pointer Speed 11/11

If you want to use sensitivity step 7 in Windows you have to change it in the registry.

Windows key + R > regedit > HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse > MouseSensitivity 7

I'd recommend you just use 6/11 in Windows and sensitivity 50 in-game and multiply you mouse CPI x 0.625 if that is possible. If you use windows sensitivity < 6/11 Windows will drop mouse counts [for MouseSensitivity 7 Windows reports 5 counts per 8 mouse counts (5/8=0.625)] If you use windows sensitivity > 6/11 your cursor will skip pixels because windows will report more counts than your mouse [for MouseSensitivity 14 Windows reports 4 count per 2 mouse counts (4/2=2)]
