Interaction Between Transcendence and The Ultimate Hat
Just wondering if The Ultimate Hat hinders/helps/ or does nothing for Transcendence's adaptive AP/AD?

Veraska1 votesUltimate hat's cdr is applied after CDR and is treated as a separate stay, so no I dont think it gives you ad/ap through transcendence
That said I'm still gonna run those 2 secondary for rengar
