Are shard value changing?
I get the blue shard changes, but what about the orange shards?

outside of you getting less orange essence from crunching skin shards and whatnot, i've heard nothing different from them
Disenchantment will give less essence for both orange and blue. From approximately 1/3 currently to approximately 1/5 value tomorrow.
