I mean, amumu isn't even close to being a meta. And that champion is mana hungry as hell, would you not consider reducing his mana costs at least a bit? It wouldn't even make him any OP. It's pretty ridiculous to lose literally half of the mana after using Q + E and turning W for 5 seconds. Especially compared to other junglers.
