Looking for citation of Reds confirming whether or not the "max 2 shards" part is "max 2 shards held at a given time" or "max 2 shards over the course of the match". The wording of "and another every 6 minutes after" implies that it's just a limit to currently held shards, but confirmation would be nice.
Need Gold 4 Tent1 votesAs a frequent user of that thing in PBE, it will give you +1 shard at 2 minutes, 8 minutes, 14 minutes etc... but you can only hold 2 shards at any one moment. Don't count on using it often, because it doesn't actually refund the CD in any way (if you swap a used flash for ghost, your ghost will have a remaining ~250s cd). You won't get much use for the swapping except for some early cheesing, but the massive summoner CDR is by far the best feature of this keystone.
