They do not deserve the win, they do not deserve to climb, and if some people think it's justified to be toxic then they fall into the same category of players that I won't be ganking for or acting as a aggressive support for. I'll be pushing my lane and if I lose, oh well. Until you start banning these players Riot, consider my communication only for those who can actually communicate.
The irony is that your attitude is extremely toxic. I've had games where I've done shit, raged, the players raged back or ignored me, and we just reported each other and moved on. More than I count. However, I've had a rare game where people would see that I'm raging, ignore it, compliment me when I did well, ask me to come to their lanes, came to my lane, gave me a couple assists, and I left those games in a good mood. I typically forget the toxic games in an hour. The nice ones last months.
