For every ballsy carry who has gone ahead and initiated the fight, I've seen just as many cowardly tanks who absolutely refuse to start a fight, no matter how advantageous it would be, and just as many tanks who think THEY are gonna 1v5 while they leave the rest of their team behind to get shredded.

Ezcru3 votesUh they just ignore the tanks and go after you. Solo queue, they're not gonna use their CC to peel for you. They're gonna dive their back line.
Example: Leona rather flash E a random person on their team than stay by you and peel.
Transgressor4 votesFalse example, Leona is an initiation support, she HAS to start the fight. You had no problem's when she did that back in bot lane, did you? If you're looking for peel you should count on whoever's the other tank.

Drukyul3 votesIf you have even 1 AP ratio, get an hourglass as 3rd item. All you have to do is not die in the 2 seconds the assassin goes in, and they'll be dead instead. Then go about your pewpew business.

or someone just waits for the fight to start and then leaps past everything, annihilating you in a split second. its not like you shouldn't try or anything, it's just frustrating beyond all belief when nothing you do matters
