I demand a summoner spell that can stun someone for 3 seconds on click if you keep this shit up, Riot.

"Cripple: Stuns for 10 seconds for each ability that grants mobility".

macromite10 votes

does that mean like 40 second for lb then, because if so, this is completely balanced.

Raid Boss Morde2 votes

What about Riven? 40 seconds for her too!

Burn in hell Kalista >:D!!!!

this mobility thing is getting out of hand, the lastest champ that DIDNT have any mobility was fuckingVelkoz

Big Bang Bob5 votes

Most champs have some sort of mobility. The league has been mostly mobile for a while, especially if you wanna count ms boosts.

Troy2426213 votes

MS boosts hardly count. Unlike a dash/blink, slows can hinder a MS boost, and they are far more common than a stun/root/snare/suppress/entangle/polymorph.

It's also far more predictable, can't go over walls and can't be used to instantly avoid skillshots.

Caeler1 votes

Seconded. Bard really only has Magical Journey, which the other team can also use.

Bard Doesn't have mobility, he just hates walls

Nah,that definitely counts for mobility, also you know speed boosts here, speed boosts there.

Please. Everybody's mobile with a Bard around.

ALL ABOARD FOR A MAGICAL JOURNEY!

I don't think it's hate. He just refuses them.

Niaphim22 votes

I was thinking about that and personally I'd like a summoners debuff like "Any dash\jump\blink etc. cast in next 10 seconds stuns caster for 2 seconds".

air tiger3 votes

neat idea! actual counter to mobility

terkmc6 votes

Or have them take damage per distance traveled. LB do her dashing bullshit and then self-implode

The Queen Viper11 votes

Wouldn't help at all... on the contrary, would just make burst champs / assassins more OP in general.

Occams Raiser3 votes

OP is being facetious. How would a 3 second stun make OP champs MORE OP? I am pretty sure the stun wouldn't go to the mobile champ.

chipndip17 votes

Cause Katarina with a point n' click stun sounds just as stupid as not knowing how a free stun on every champ is a stupid idea.

ANYONE can have it. It's a summoner spell. You're literally giving a 3 second stun to ANYONE IN THE GAME. FOR FREE. FOR THREE SECONDS. Just think on how retarded that sounds...

Yeah the ultimate mobility is apparently a summoner spell called Flash, why don't we have a strong CC in summoner's?

We demand fairness!!

But really though, Riot should really try to take a break from all the overloading and mobility nonsense.

Gregor Gysi5 votes

But you do realize that Flash helps those champions that do not inherently have mobility?

Meh it's the same, since it doesn't save them from champs who simply have spammable mobility anyway.

It does help, but it doesn't do all much really.

Yeah, all it does is allow them to initiate something like a galio ult which would be rather hard to do without flash unless the enemy is dumb. Otherwise, a flash can save an immobile champ from some situations, but as mobile as some champs are they will still catch up and murder you etc.

While I agree, at the same time, that logic only works if the mobility champs cannot have flash.

SelflessTeammate1 votes

It really doesn't. Five minutes is a long time for a flash cd, especially compared to a few seconds.

So, nope. It doesn't do nearly enough.

Pfffrfrf. Vi flash ult sion ult. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE :3

3TWarrior4 votes

problem being such a spell would become the new meta of flash and stun..., no one would want to be without their get out of gank free card

if it did exist, it would have to be some form of delayed stun

oh, there's also summoner 3 which not only lowers that enemy's damage by 40%, it slows by 30% and reduces their armor and magic resist

A Miss Fortune4 votes

Mobility was a unique and interesting feature that some champions had in trade for raw damage. I like champions like Ahri, they're mobile but it's only with her Ultimate and her Q's 30% Movement Speed. She has high damage but she's totally skillshot reliant and typically won't instakill you with her 3 main abilities unless she's fed.

People like Kalista on the other hand can just slam their face onto their keyboard and throw their mouse across the room and they get a pentakill and are halfway across the map. Very little counterplay, and she has no real fall offs.

I wish Riot would just remove some of the current mobility so that mobility is more of a unique aspect such as a champion having poison, or a shield, rather than a necessity. Most unviable champions are considered that way almost entirely due to lacking mobility/escapes/gapclosers.

yukonl4 votes

You do realize this hurts immobile champs a lot more than mobile champs.

Velkoz stunned for 3 seconds. 100 percent dead

Leblanc stunned for 3 seconds. Has a small chance

If you want to fix mobility creep, just let slows reduce the range of dashes based on the potency of the slow.

Blinks are fine as is and don't make sense if slowing makes blinking shorter.

bad manner kid3 votes

How about a summoner spell, "Net"

Net reduces the movement speed of an enemy by 20% and disables all dashes or blinking abilities for 7 seconds.

Philbo Baggins3 votes

This is going to get downvoted, but I don't really care. I don't think mobility in the game is too much.

or add item an item that has a silence active (Orchid Malevolence in DotA2)

Which will just end up enhancing assassination capabilities...you know...like it being mostly used by assassins in dota.

Big Bang Bob2 votes

Bad idea. Then being a softy would be all about "Does this person have his stun?" as almost any champ will beat you down easily in those 3 and a lot of stun locks would occur.

DeusVult2 votes

Or instead of a stun, you could just have a cripple, where the target champ cannot dash/blink/hop/etc, but can still flash, for the next 4 seconds. CD 210 Seconds.

Having a hard CC on demand doesn't help immobile champs as much as it does mobile ones who can dash in use it and kill you. No one wants Ahri Akali Katarina Leblanc Zed having a 3 second stun on demand

ThePlasticSpork2 votes

A 3 second targeted stun as a summoner spell would mean Ekko would be guaranteed to subsequently land his 2.25 second stun every time it was up

nothxx

OMGBeardAlmighty2 votes

I'd like to throw a summoner spell in. "Lebonk" - A giant hammer insta-gibs LeBlanc. 30 second cooldown. 2000 range seems about right. =P

MeleeNuke1 votes

That way LeBlanc is a tiny bit more balanced.
