Honestly, it wouldn't have fit. The champions of the PROJECT line were chosen because they all have flashy abilities. And not LCS flashy, I mean flashy like bright and noticeable. Lucian's Q, Leona's ult, Yi's Q, etc. So the PROJECT line with its lights and lasers is perfect for that.

Quinn doesn't really have anything like that.

They could have made Quinn coming out of ult a bunch of lazer bolts raining from above, made her shoot lasers instead of arrows, potentially changed her vault into something with a glowing "I'm moving fast" animation behind her as she gets in. Zed and Fiora aren't exactly known for their bright visuals, neither is Yasuo.

Also every Project puts emphasis on muscolar agility ( agumented my tech shit ) and Quinn would fit that way better than Lucian i believe.

You're wrong. Zed Way to completely leave him out because you said that they're made cause they have bright abilities. Zed has a PROJECT skin because he's LCS flashy. :)

Pretty sure most of them were mainly chosen for the fact they haven't had skins in a long time.

I'd hardly call Yi's Q "flashy" anyway.

I think it's more likely that they poured a lot of time into those skins so they wanted them on champions that are more played than Quinn, sadly I don't think many people would buy a quinn skin. Plus she just got a really cool bilgewater skin.

project Quinn would be awesome, loved the art since i first saw it, but she is still an underrated and underplayed ADC, that and corsair Quinn was just a thing... so i doubt they'd give her a skin so soon.

And hopefully the next installment of the project skins has quinn and my vote for Shaco

just picture pic below with a sinister mask on like our classic jesters grin. deceive would be a hologram spark instead of a poof. his box would be a turret of some kind. And his ult would make two shaco's like zeds shadows, but not dark. VVVVV

Only one out of this bunch that I wouldn't completely dislike having a project skin would be Rengar. The others make no sense. Especially Galio and Ziggs...and a poison rat makes no sense with the project suit theme.

For first strike it has been used "Liquid smoke" technology to help reproduce Yi and Zed skills, a kind of poison might be worked out too.

This. I made a post about this a while ago. I think it would fit a different skill line better, because as Narasimha pointed out, Project skin line is more flashy laser kind of stuff. I think this would work well in as a Headhunter skin though (similar color scheme to Cait and Akali) and the animations would fit a little better. It's definitely a great concept though that I hope rito implements.

Wouldnt work. because then it would have a ton of people suddenly playing her for her skin and finding out just how crappy/buggy her kit is and forcing Riot to actually remember to do something about her.

Would have looked great, and would have been the least purchased of the bunch. Not much point making a great skin for a highly unpopular champion realistically. There are easily 100 champions I'd rather see get it than Quinn , and I'm perfectly fine with the ones that did.

Just because she hasn't been given a PROJECT skin doesn't mean she won't. Unless I'm missing something. From my point of view all champions are capable of getting more skins. Who knows, they may be working on her.

They have said they've wanted to not do skins for champions until after VU's for them? Maybe she hasn't had the VU yet? Unless she has and idk about it. I don't keep too up to date on all the news.

Long story short she could still get a project skin.
