A tip for supports who plan to roam ITS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO KNOW ONE THING.

Understand the time that is proper to roam. Roam on timed power spikes. They do this extremely well in pro games.

Two prime cases of this situation. One when your allies have them and two when the enemy has them.

***Example of an ally getting a spike. *** Lets say you're Blitzcrank or Alistar and you have a Yasuo mid. Yasuo power spike is when he gets his static shiv. Ask your yas to let you know when he will be getting his shiv so that you can get into position as he gets to lane with that huge spike. Pop the gank and you will have a much higher chance of making that roam work.

Example of an enemy getting a spike. Let's use someone simple like Syndra or Zed. They have an obvious level 6 power spike with their ultimates. Keep an eye on their levels and if you get the chance to leave your lane then go roam. Set up just before they are 6. As they all in on your enemy boom counter it with your roam and you might get a kill out of it.

Roam at the wrong times and you will be wasting a lot of time and hurting your adc too much. Make sure to only roam when your adc is able to handle himself on the quick roams. This is just a tip out there for those who are wanting to roam on supports or already are but are unsure of how to do it right.

really, really REALLY REALLY depends on the elo you are playing at.

If you are in silver, roam mid level 1 as blitz and make a grab = flash burnt

go back bot for another level then come back mid and make a grab = first blood lol
