It's not hacking in any way or form. It is an exploit however. Making use of third party programs for an advantage is never right

No? Hacking is the manipulation of data on another system without permission. You're not exactly manipulating any data when scripting and neither are you doing it on their network/system.

Yeah, a 3rd party reprogramming Riot's system and the game files is hacking but we're talking about scripting and I specifically used the term 3rd party program, not programming.

A script is something that performs combos automatically for you. For example if you are playing leblanc and you are in range to assassinate someone, instead of hitting DFG (rip) w-q-r-e (or whatever combo you prefer), you just hit the kill button and the script automatically sends the commands really fast.

You do not change what your champ is capable of, you simply do things with super human speed and consistency.

People use scripts that automatically input commands.

Lets say you get a kill on Kat, the script automatically uses EW(or QEW i guess) to most vulnerable target in range.

This may be 100% inaccurate. I've never actually looked at the scripts.

Well it's more like it's a keybind that lets you execute multiple commands with just one press.

So you just have to press "X" to pull off a full rotation. Normally you can put a timer between commands sent so you don't mess up the combo.

The more detailed ones make use of coordinates and complicated coding to help with skillshots but it's alot less reliable (If I think about it).

I'm not that great of a programmer so idk, I've only scripted a little in MMOs that allow it.

My first ever penta was with Yi (who i literally never play, but I do know how to disjoint with Q and W) and I was told that it wasn't a real Penta. The next game I got a Penta on MF, and so if people ask, a lot of times I just say my first Penta was with MF.

No i got a double with the Ult and then chased them down. W Gives A LOT of damage, and this was pre-Kalista so if they were running they weren't attacking me.

pentas on people who can easily get them by smashing buttons (yasuo, kat, yi, etc.) aren't considered real pentas because the player didn't really need to have much skill to get it.

Yasuo doesn't just mash the keyboard...

Unless he's fed the only way he can do that is if everyone runs into him 1v1 in a row or if he gets a 3-5 ulty both of which require skill.

Also note that Yasuo's ult requires knockups so before you say "Kat needs to ulty too", she doesn't need a prerequisite for it AND she's a bursty champ, not a sustained figter like Yasuo (Also she's more AOE than he is) so people have less time to react to Kat.

Yes, he does need a knock up to initiate his ult, but consider just how many there are and realize that he suddenly has synergy with somewhere between 50-60% of the champ pool. And he get's 50% armor penetration when he uses his ult, which also happens to refresh his passive shield. Add that to the LW he probably has (he better by late game) and your beefiest, chunkiest, most immovable tank is so much chaff to the wind.

I'm not arguing that he is brain-dead, he does take some base skill to play, but even if he's behind he can shred anyone on your team.

I want to argue your points but I don't want to bother. Just know I don't fully agree with what you said (Yes, a Yasuo that is behind can still be highly relevant only because he has so much outplay potential).

Also, you're doing something wrong if you're not focusing Yasuo when he ults. He isn't exactly invincible when he ults and his shield is nigh useful in teamfights.

Why do Kat need a script anw? Her combo are very streamlined and simple, script or not you are still pressing qew. Its not like Riven with animation canceling and stuff that scripting would make a world of difference

Kat is one of the easiest champ to use anyone can get penta with her if you know to use her properly.

And she's one of the strongest champs in the game this patch since she's the only Assassin that hasn't been nerfed on Live yet. Also she's resourceless.

Idk, but a script is insanely strong on kat, i made a macro on my mouse once to spam Q/W/E as quickly as possible (i controlled the R), and then just moused over stuff and toggled the macro on when i wanted to get a penta. Worked about 3 times in the span of about 10 games rofl.
