You will most likely get one gank, if any, and you should expect this when playing a champion without CC. Stop complaining just because I don't want to waste my time blowing ults and summoners on the Riven that's just going to triple Q and E to safety.

You don't gank just to get a kill. Junglers with your mentality give real junglers a very bad rap. You are literally responsible for a large piece of misplaced anger. It's hard to tell the legit junglers apart from the people that jungle because they believe it's a fautless role and cite of copied pasted and memorized excuses for everything they did or didn't do. I've seen people sit in their own jungle and not gank at all and push lanes solo when people fought over dragon. It was obvious the guy was ignoring his team on purpose, because I was on the opposite team and for some reason the drama was in all chat.
The guy had an excuse for everything, when what it really was Lee invaded and took his red (didn't even kill him) and he unhinged from there.
You don't come up with reasons for why you don't gank a lane. You find another role to play if that's how you think when you jungle.
I'm of the opinion that I will gank your lane if you aren't super low and you don't have the enemy camping out in a teepee under his turret. If either of those is the case, well, tough shit. You are begging for the enemy to gank and kill you. You probably also don't have any wards in the river or tribush.
My personal favorite thing in LoL is when my lanes are competent and Don't REQUIRE ganks to get ahead. They ward and don't give up kill to the enemy jungler at an alarming rate. This leaves me to farm like a madman and get ahead of the other guys becoming more powerful for the upcoming end to the laning phase.
Then again, I main mid so I'm a pretty greedy guy by nature I spose.
