How to play the new Akali?

I'm trying to learn Akali but every time I watch game plays it's mostly from season 4. I have no idea how to build her for patch 5.9 and no idea on how to play her exactly. She seems weak to me as I lost to Fizz and couldn't duel Ezreal easily as I did in season 3. How can I play her now? and what is the new build? or is it gunblade again? Any tips on her new play style? since the E doesn't proc Q anymore and the ult dashes you through her enemies. Thanks guys all tips would be appreciated.
