Good luck killing anyone once I hit level 6.
If one team had both and , it would be literally impossible for the other team to win. They could both sit in base spamming their ultimates all game and the minions would win for them.
Plus, almost any champion in the game would just be able to instantly kill any other champion. Veigar could ult a target 15 times in a single second, Maokai could ult the same target over and over until dead, etc.
What's with the random downvotes? op was just asking a question damn. I would ban and play 
would summon 1000+ tibbers and just destroy everything.
can spam w on turrets also killing them near instantly.
