Lately there have been premades going 5 v 1 lanes that really are toxic as all hell (especially when they have blitzcrank) I need a list of champions that can handle trolls like this, especially when your own team refuses to help you and freeze their lane instead of taking a turret and push.

Top lane Yorick is probably your best bet. His wave clear is good, he can block annoying skill shots (like Blitz's hook) by setting a ghoul down, and he has basically the best sustain in the game so he can survive longer than other champions.
Bot lane is harder, since you bring two champions down there. I guess a combo of Graves and Morgana/Annie would have the best wave clear and survivability down there.
Generally though, if a lane is a 1v5 lane your team should have at least two people come help you hold the lane while your jungler and maybe your ADC farm and get objectives uncontested, IMO.
So if you find five people top lane with you, ask your mid laner and support to help you hold it while the ADC free farms and the jungler secures objectives.

ezmonkey1 votesHave you considered leaving the lane empty and going to another lane? 5 bot while 2 top 2 mid should do pretty well. If they are not getting kills you out level them fast.
