How to not get mad while playing League?
I have a strange question today for you guys, but I've noticed something; when I'm having fun and laughing, when I'm in a good mood, I play incredibly. Every time I buy a new champion, I'm smiling the whole time thinking how fun it is and learning all the tricks and combos and whatnot, and I do really well (My first game with Ekko, I went 13/7, my second game, 17/1. My first game with Heimer, I went 13/0 and ANNIHILATED mid lane, for example). However, most of the day today I was in kind of a sour mood, just ticked off at everything; I was yelling a lot and getting upset, and I was playing horribly. My last match, however, I was laughing and having fun trying to "outplay" a Garen with Fiora (Like, parrying his ult and all his Qs), and I actually did really well! At mid game I was 14/1, but then the enemy Vayne started to get fed and I ended being 19/9 and lost (and I started playing worse as I died more and more to Vayne). So! It seems that I play much better when I'm in a good mood, and much worse when I'm in a bad mood or convince myself I can't win.
Basically, I just want to know how I can STAY in that good mood, and continue playing well.
League, and PvP in other games, tends to kind of tick me off, though I don't know how, as I'm usually VERY hard to even slightly irritate in reality. How would I play League while staying in a good mood and having fun? And, in a broader sense, how do I stay in a good mood in general? I think if I could figure this out, and stay positive throughout League games, then I could actually look at starting ranked games and placing. Right now though, my performance is kind of iffy -- I'll have one great match, and 9 horrible ones.
So... any help you could give is greatly appreciated. Thanks! ^^
TL;DR: It's really not that long... but! How do I not get mad at League? I play a LOT better when I'm in a good mood and having fun.
