Hey Riot, when's the next happy champion coming?

Kindred is super depressing, Jhin is dark, GP rework is dark, Poppy rework is kind of neutral with sad tones, Illaoi is neutral... When's the next Braum or Tristana coming out? Someone who's either so positive and upbeat that you can't help but smile, or someone like Braum who makes the game that much brighter. :P

So, Riot, when's the next happy, upbeat champion coming out? Kind of getting sick of the grimdark crap. >.>
