Remap Camera Scroll to WASDF

It should already be bound to your arrow keys, but you can change them to whatever you like from in-game under "hotkeys".

Though, I have no idea who moves their map around with the keys

I'm not sure why you'd want to set it this way even if you could. It conflicts with your abilities and summoner spell positions (W, D, & F). Unless you plan on remapping your keyboard for this, I wouldn't.
