Good counters for Chode'Gath mid?

Oh, and Riven too. Supposedly Pantheon is Cho's hardest counter, any confirmations?

ban he doesnt have hard counters just soft ones

if you kill him first as riven you'll have an easy time

if he kills you first, have fun getting combo'd and destroyed by him every time you dare get too close

Irelia is a pain in the ass for cho, because she can dodge his abilities with her q + snowballs harder than him, builds tanky. He outscales her, but it will be too late vs good Irelia. Long range mid mages will just farm whole day vs Cho, he can't kill them, they can't kill him after 6.

In mid lanes, every poke mage can counter Cho.

Shut down his early game's what you need. So basicly, p.much anybody with good pokes. If you play pantheon, just spam spears whenever they're up and deny him farm, he won't be able to do anything. Just Watch out for his knockup.
