What champ to buy next?

So, I'm always on the hunt for new champions, and I'm starting to amass a lot of IP, so it's time to look for the next one!

• I like champions that are more complex than just clicking people to death or spamming one thing into infinity; I like to feel like I outplayed someone, rather than just out-itemized them.

• Something fast-paced and not too static would be wonderful.

• I enjoy being able to move around and go toe to toe with someone without spontaneously exploding, and I like having some kind of out.

• I don't really like super slutty champs or super evil, creepy ones.

• I would prefer a champ that's light-hearted and happy to depressing and super serious.

You know, despite wanting a fun champion, why bother? Nothing wins but targeted abilities and CC spamming, and the easier a champ is, the stronger they are. So just list off all the braindead, broken as hell champs that I can freelo carry myself to gold with, 'cause obviously none of the fun champs are going to cut it. Welcome to League: Where fun isn't allowed, and only boring champs are viable.
