Vlad, Voli, Fizz or Lulu?
Basically, the title. Which of those champions should I get first, and why? Which is the most fun?

Vlad for split push and sustained lane.
Voli for jungling/going top and being tanky.
Fizz for a slippery assassin.
Lulu for a support with strong utility that can duo or solo lanes.

Fizz is super FUN to play, which is why i main him (since season2!) can be played jg, top, or mid and great to roam and gank with. Very high damge output, very high mobility, and very very fun. Definitely recommend fizz
the basics are max W first, this is your damage over time and is basically a free ignite after every hit with a very low mana cost. Get this first, walk up and poke an enemy, and with you passive you can walk right through the minion wave to be safer, and you will do more damage than their 1 or 2 autos they get on you. W DoT also helps with farming. Q is your gap closer and should be maxed second. E is good for sesperate waveclear like saving a turret but has very high mana cost so use sparingly. NEVER USE E FIRST IN A FIGHT! Biggest fizz mistake, yes the damage and slow is nice but this is your disengage, save for potential ganks, to escape turret shots if you dive, or for the very last hit(s) necessary to secure kill. DOn't use this for an engage ever. Your basic combo is W for sheen proc, Q gap close, Auto attack, And walk or E away. Fizz does more damage the lower the enemy health is, which makes him great for fighting tanks. Poke them with this combo 2 times and they should be low enough to all-in. i go R for the slow (doesnt collide with minions) W>Q onto target, auto attack, and they should be dead. If they still alive use E and AA to finish. This combo works uynder enemy turret just use E to disengage after they die to avoid turret shots. Build path

Fizz has the biggest potential to make plays and carry games solo. However he requires a lot of skills and decision making, it will take a lot of time, but if you put the effort in it, he will be a great champ to master. Vlad and Lulu doesn't make as much plays as Fizz, but is still able to make good plays. They are mostly farming types, where they farm most of the game, waiting til late game to do their parts on their team. They do not take as much skill as Fizz does, but is still a hard champ to get used to. Voli is probably the easiest. Any bronze will be able to play him.
Lulu so much fun!
FIZZ. You can dodge skill shots, global ults, (just to name a few) and his ability to escape is ridiculous. He is hilariously fun. Of course i'm not playing ranked, (because of my level) but my mastery score on Fizz is level 5. The only thing with Fizz is that he is kinda weak pre-6.
By the way this guy pretty much covered everything:
