If blitz gets a pull at level 6 you're probably dead because of his ridiculous kit being able to knock you up, slow you and silence you while Jinx just does dumb Jinx stuff (even though i don't think she's good atm) Laning against a Blitzcrank at any point honestly you'll need a good support, so just hope that they know what they're doing.
