Could someone give me some tips for Shyvana jungle?

Willing to take any advice. For the most part I'm just wondering about build path and whether I should go full tank or more bruiser-ish. Also Wit's End for magic pen since it would synergize with W and Devourer? And I've heard about Frozen mallet being good. The biggest thing I'm wondering though is whether I should build Hydra? In most of my game where I went Hydra instead of BotRK I feel like I did better, but most people have said to get BotRK instead. Would it make since to get Hydra if I also got Chilling Smite + Frozen Mallet for slows and maybe some move speed runes?
