i kind of just experiment around with my rune setups, and was wondering if these runes were any good. if someone higher ranked than me could look at them and tell me if theyre any good, that would totally rock

hey, just looked at your rune pages, i really dislike all the cdr, you need more defensive runes, for ADC ad marks armor seals mr glyphs and ad/attack speed quints

I really dont think 14% crit runes are worth it..

also imo againt the fizz runes, you could use flat ap glyphs and flat marks and it would be good.

also cdr/lvl are really poor. 20% at lvl 18. thats a long game to get there. if you want to look at some runes, check mine out.

Page 1: A bit excessive on CDR. Could probably use AP quints instead of scaling CDR Page 2: Flat CDR usually isn't worthwhile on mages, since they'll run into mana issues early. By the time they have sufficient mana to spam, the scaling CDR should be equal to or stronger than the flat CDR Page 3: Assuming this is for manaless ad casters like Riven, Rengar, etc, you are probably better of using AD for last hitting and clear speed. The damage difference is pretty minor for a lot of the game. They also tend to rely on early all-ins, so you might want flat armor instead. Page 4: Same comments as Page 3, only I'm assuming this is for AD casters like Talon who are more focussed on late game. Page 5: No. Just no. AD will always be superior in the early game to crit chance, you have no armor or health whatsoever, and pretty much everyone will outtrade you unless you get really lucky with crits. Even a champion like Yasuo prefers early AD to early crit chance (with the exception of 5% crit in runes so he hits 100% crit change after IE and SS). Page 6: No armor, and not many champions really want both attack speed and CDR in those quantities. Page 7: Fizz gets bullied in lane, so you probably want armor and MR for him. Also, Fizz really prefers hybrid pen because of the sheen damage and how often he autoattacks when trading. Page 8: Rumble doesn't really need the early CDR sicne his CDs are pretty short anyways, but I don't see any real issues with this page. Page 9: This is fine. No glaring issues. Page 10: I would recommend hybrid pen marks on Ryze (since he is usually top lane against melees, so he autoattacks quite bit), 1 armor and 2 move speed quints, and MR glyphs. Page 11: I don't play Ali stop, but I imaging MR glyphs, Armor quints, and Health seals would be better for surviving lane and acting as a tank. Page 12: Assuming this is a Rengar page, you probably want flat CDR for early clear and armor to survive the jungle

I think the issue is that you seem to overvalue CDR, crit, and attack speed on many champions and undervalue defenses. I tend to play more defensively and my runes reflect this (my most used are health regen or scaling health, armor, MR, and AD or Hybrid Pen) since I play champions who are weak early but scale well. If you prefer strong early game champions, you probably want flat damage and resistances for early trading and all-ins.

Also, AD casters and AP casters typically don't have issues accumulating CDR. AD Casters can get Ionian Boots and Brutalizer + 5% masteries for 30% and mages can get Athene's Unholy Grail, DFG, or Morellonomicon and Blue Buff and 5% masteries for an easy 15% to 35%

I think my runes are pretty good, so feel free to take a look and see if you like them.
