What support champions benefit off Zz'rot portal?

I like the item and I rather have it on a support. Any suggestions and why?

EDIT: I do not care about Banner of Command.

it is better to go item 3060 if you want to split push. Put it on a cannon minion and the wave should push to the enemy.

It also has a nice passive that benefits your team more as a support.

I like to put it on Alistar. has worked for me.

It would really depend on how the game is going. There isn't a certain few champions that benefit more from it, but if your team is struggling to keep a lane pushed then it wouldn't be horrible on any support champ. Tseihei said item 3060 is better, and I agree, but everything is situational. Banner works really well against heavy AP teams, as the upgraded minion only takes AD damage, and is immune to any AP damage. So, an ADC, or Yas or Zed could burst it down very quickly, though a Malzahar or Annie could not.

Its not really about which champ it is best on, more about the situation of the game. I don't use it much myself, but it can be good depending on its placement.
