So, I need champ ideas. :P

So! I'm at 14/16 champs required for ranked play. I have enough IP to buy any champ, but I just can't decide which one to get. : /

I enjoy bursty, versatile champs that have more complex mechanics (meaning I don't just click on people and watch them die) and take effort/skill to actually pull off their damage. I typically like mages like Ekko, Syndra, Azir, Ahri and the like, but I do enjoy playing as Jayce and Nidalee as well.

Which champs would you guys recommend for someone who likes to feel like they "outplayed" someone, rather than someone who relies on itemization? I was looking at Vel'koz, Zed and Fiora -- are any of those what I'm looking for? If no, which champs would be?

I own Ahri, Annie, Ekko, Ezrael, TF, Jayce, Nidalee, Heimer, Syndra, Azir, Lux, Tahm, Riven (Don't really like her) and Yasuo. I could use an ADC, but I don't know if one exists that weaves spells and auto attacks together (Ezrael is close, but he's more just Q spammy).

Anyway, thanks for any help. Being indecisive sucks. ^^

Fioras pretty good and she's really fun, I'd recommend 10/10

Lucian has high mobility and is basically an AD caster, and you can play him as adc if mid is taken. Vayne is similar, but her damage comes from AA only.

Master Yi can be a really good "outplay" champion if you learn how to use Q and W to avoid burst. Usually top or jungle, but a possible mid pick also.

I'm suggesting these champions because they can be played in other lanes as well, since mid is the most contested lane.

Running into ranked the second you get 16 champions is generally a death sentence. You own quite a number of AP and burst champions, but no ADC's, no Junglers unless you count Tahm Kench maybe.

For an ADC, I'd highly recommend Corki, as he's both fun to play and very versatile, and has great outplay potential with his W, his rockets, and deals surprising burst with Q. As I've read somewhere before. "Corki is the definition of a Mid-Game Monster." He weaves spells and auto-attacks in a Space Opera Symphony.

Wukong is a great fighter that can go into the top lane or jungle, depending on preference. His damage is usually always relevant in all stages of the game, and his Shadow Monkey Jutsu thing is just icing on the cake due to it's escape and outplay potential. His Ultimate is never not useful unless the Monkey King is behind, due to the constant damage and AOE Knock-up.

If for whatever reason you need raw versatility, be it a tank, a support, or a jungler, I'd recommend buying Maokai. He's not all that hard to get used to, but his peeling potential and sustain, he's just a monster to fight against for your opponents. Maokai Tree's OP.

As for your question about Vel'Koz, Zed, and Fiora. Vel'Koz isn't highly item reliant, and the outplay potential being able to be done with him with quite high with all his CC and Geometry.. Plus, there is nothing quite as satisfying as melting the shit out of someone with a laser beam.

I don't own Zed, so I dunno about him.

Fiora. Oh lawdy Fiora. She can get a double kill from a gank using only a Ravenous Hydra or a Tiamat, and the comebacks you can make from her AOE Ult and Parry are unreal. She can go up against a majority of the game's laners because everything about her is just strong, not to mention fun.

Last Champion I suggest taking is LeBlanc, as much I hate to say it. I will never buy her simply because I always have a bad experience playing against her. Stupid mobility, stupid point and click burst, and a passive that basically makes you GUESS which LeBlanc is the one you have to kill, which makes me miserable whenever I blow an ult and ignite on her.

Kennen can be very bursty, his damage mostly relies on positioning rather than combos/clicking. If he can't find people in a good position, then he's kinda screwed, so that's why he has to position himself well.

Zed has outplay potential. Vel'koz is so immobile that he can't really find room to outplay. Additionally, his ult is so much of his damage that he cannot really do anything other than stand there and spew out damage to get kills out. Fiora is just kinda annoying.

Corki is an ADC who can kinda weave spells and AAs. Same with Kog'maw. Varus can do it, but he isn't very... good at ADC. I also recommend picking up a serious jungler. I personally am a fan of Amumu (my main), and Sejuani, who has slightly more utility and soft CC but slightly less damage and hard CC.

In general, your champion pool is very heavy on midlaners, which can be a bit of a problem.

really, if you just want to be able to play ranked, unlock all the 450 IP champs and go from there.

For Vel'Koz, Zed and Fiora: Vel is a really skillshot oriented poke mage but really rewarding if you can land any cc. Zed is extremely ult reliant, but has nice poke and a pretty decent amount of outplay potential. Fiora just runs around people and deals insane damage. She's pretty fun, but I'm not sure if that's because of her damage or her playstyle (she's going to be nerfed soon.

For ADC's: Miss Fortune, Corki and Sivir are good for the last part imo.
