Second buff camp one-man invades.

What exactly is the counterplay to this? Evelynn and Shaco get a free kill and buff just because you don't have enough gold or time to buy a pink ward at that point in the game, and you can't have an ally stay with you. So what do we do?

EDIT: Thank you to those of you who gave the warding advice against Shaco.

However, that advice doesn't work for Evelynne, since normal wards can't see her approach.

As a shaco main who does this tactic nearly every game, as others have said.

1)Ward the river so you can see shaco coming then ping so your team will follow and by time he comes you can have help 2) Start your buff, it annoys me so hard when people do this because you usually wont see them at the other camp due to how vision works 3) Ward the buff then go the next camp. If they pop up and you see them just kill them or they'll just leave or waste their time waiting

Do your first camp and if you think they will invade you on your second camp, just ward it and go do the next camp. If no one shows up by the time you finish wolves or wraiths then they most likely think you started on the opposite side of your jungle.

For Shaco, drop a trinket ward at the jungle entrance near your second buff, or have one of the laners do it. You'll usually spot him if he tries to sneak in, since he only stealths for a few seconds and probably won't preemptively stealth at the jungle entrance just in case you had a ward there.

Dropping a ward in the direction you think Eve will approach from may give you a few seconds of warning, as you'll see her when she gets close enough to you. She also has no CC, so you should be able to get away if you react quickly and have some mobility/peel of your own. But if you're low after your first few camps, you might need to drop a ward at the camp and back (or go elsewhere). If she goes for it, your team might be able to catch her out. Better to clear a little slower or lose one buff camp than to die and lose the camp.
