So I started playing on my second account and I found in my opinion the fastest way to lvl up an account.
I was lvl 14 when I started doing this, I got 2 XP boosters, one is the 7 day, the other is 50 wins, I play ARAM and get about 320-396 XP a Win and about 130 for a loss. Hope this helps :)
Holy Fervor1 votesTbh, i liked just getting FWOTD on my smurf. i play a 7 min botgame every day, and by the time I'm level 30, I'll be able to have runes and a decent champion pool.
Dreadlocks2 votesProb not the fastest way but surely effective :)
Holy Fervor1 votesTotally ^^ But hey, if you have RP for per win boosts, then those are great as well, and you could totally get to 30 faster. (Unfortunately, i like skins lol...)
Dreadlocks2 votesMe too lol isnt it sad that grown men spend money on character out fits as if it were a Barbie Doll or something.
insaiyanbacca2 voteslol now that you put it like that it does feel kinda sad :c

Heh. Totally. It's funny the way you put it, XD. I'm into rare stuff, so most of the skins i have happen to be in the vault, or limited. (Or otherwise, change an ugly model like Udyr, or Nasus.) Who'ed want to drive around in an old rusty ford with graffiti on the back? I'd rather drive the new F150 with all the bells and whistles.
