What do you guys think of build path for Shyvana in the new jungle?

Last patch I was going Devourer --> BotRK --> Tank unless it was absolutely necessary to get juggernaut for tankiness.

However I know Cinderhulk synergizes really well with her W, so I was think that you could go Cinderhulk --> BotRK --> Wit's End (more attack speed and MR steal) --> Full tank

The reason I was thinking Wit's End is because the attack speed is nice and the MR shred/steal is phenomenal when you'll be auto attack a lot, and already do lots of magic damage.

wit's end is a great item for shyv, but it always feels like if i'm doing well enough to get it, then we've already won the game; i definitely woulnd't build it before the first 1 or 2 tank items. But i'm gonna try Shyv out for sure, and see how the item is!

I think cinder hulk will work well on Shyv :)

I honestly think that if you run offensive runes you can just go full tank. You still deal fairly good damage thanks to Cinderhulk and Shyv's super high bases and you become borderline indestructible. I normally don't even look at offensive items until my 6th item when I'm actually just running out of good defensive items to build.

How can You go full tank if you already occupied 4 slots for BotrK, Wit's end, Cinderhulk and Boots? With only 2 slots I'd say (vs a balanced team with AD and AP) you should use those items, but at least use merc treads and merc scimitar, then randuins omen. Imho wit's end is not best item on her, I rather have botrk+hydra for more sustain, AD and clear. Then again, there's no absolute build so you must choose in base of team comp and enemy champs, and what they build too.

Well what you do is you pick Sejuani instead and build full tank to abuse her W's scaling AoE damage.

Seriously, I don't know with Shyv. She's never stood out to me as a great champ. Good on you if you like her and stick with her, but I've always wanted her to actually feel like a dragon when she dragons, and the reality is disappointing.

I always go devourer on her, her clear speed is incredibly fast without Cinderhulk. Then your choice is a tank item, or botrk, depending on your situation. If you are far ahead, snowball it with botrk and chunk people. If you are behind, be the main tank for your team and get a sunfire/randuin's/banshee's and build straight tank. Shyvana does a surprisingly high amount of damage with only devourer, so if you are building tank you will be much more useful when behind like that.
