Specifically, Spell and Blade Weaving (stack up to 3% damage after AA/Spell). Does anyone use them? When combined with Arcane Blade, I don't have enough points to put anything in Devastating Strikes (Armor+MR Pen 2%-6%). Do you prefer them, or are they a troll pick? Should I just go 24/6 and give up the 3% health?

I personally go 22/8 but then again, I normally play AS Teemo and only play AP when we need it.
