I am a comically bad jungler. I don't understand the new jungle. Teach me how to dougie!

I've studied the video linked above, but somehow, I cannot buy enough swords. A novel approach may be required.

I'm a Silver/Gold Veigar main who has been told I'm really Bronze on everyone else, and I think that's probably about right. I've always been especially bad at jungling. Part of my problem is that I love to help my teammates, and I lack that "ehhh, nothing I can do" instinct. As a result, if I'm not very careful, I end up spending all my time "ganking" ineffectually, and end up levels behind.

I also have a strange tendency to die to jungle creeps.

But can someone point me toward a good guide to the new jungle? And recommend some good beginner Jungle champs? I suck at last-hitting, and the idea of a role where I don't have to last-hit does appeal to me greatly.
