A counter for Vayne in each position
I need a list of champions for all positions that can counter Vayne. Since Riot refuses to nerf her for LCS, I want to take measures against this bitch.

Vayne has zilch for wave clear, so pushing champions counter her very hard (don't forget to buy wards though).
Take targeted hard cc on your support and it's GG.

All other champions will have difficulty facing Vayne, even with item advantages. The general tactic is to use your abilities to take advantage of Vayne's main weakness, no defense, while also avoiding walls.
LOL all champs has their strengths and weakness. You did the right thing. You get killed by a champ go find out what counters that champ and stop whining and yelling about nerfs to Riot. (vayne)
Coming from someone who mains vayne, any champions that can dumpster her before she gets her huge power spike with bork are fine.
Supports: (IF PLAYED CORRECTLY AND WELL) Contrary to popular belief, does not counter vayne. you stun she can just tumble away so your adc can't follow up anyway.
ADCs: The key here is lane bullies. anyone who can keep her off her power spike for as long as possible while also having thier own 1 item power spike.

P.S. and are SOFT COUNTERS. THEY MUST BE PLAYED WITH A SUPPORT WITH THE INTENTION OF SHUTTING HER DOWN EARLY. THESE TWO CANNOT FIGHT HER AT LEVEL 6 OR POST BORK WITHOUT A SIGNIFICANT LEAD. (I laugh when these guys get instalocked when i play vayne. usually they have no idea how to play the matchup and just spam thier mana away.)
Mids: Honestly huge AOE or hard targeted CC are vayne's main weaknesses. This is because she can't tumble or condemn to avoid it. Like... Basically any mid that isn't totally skillshot reliant like Ahri or something. Or if you want an assassin, someone with multiple gap closers. Like or . ZED DOES NOT COUNTER VAYNE. ONLY IF THE VAYNE IS BAD. GOOD VAYNES KNOW HOW TO KEEP THIER COOL AND USUALLY HAVE THE MECHANICS TO KITE YOU OUT. Also this exists.
Jungle: Any early game junglers with CC or an answer to her condemn or can cancel a mis-timed one. 
(Maokai's really effective his ganks are bonkers.)
Top: Don't be selfish with your TPs or take ignite. if you're a bad laner and need to TP back to lane every 3 minutes then you shouldn't top. Just sayin. ANYWAY. That's off the top of my head. As a vayne player if i see one of these guys TP i cry inside. work with your team and communicate. if vayne gets ahead CALM DOWN DONT GET DEMORALIZED. most of the time they will get cocky and make huge mistakes especially in teamfights. Happens alot more than i'd like to admit :3

Garen is just really good at killing champions who are carrying, end of story. Nasus' attack speed slow can be really useful if he gets help from his team and/or items to get to Vayne. Malphite can just rocket onto Vayne and then slow her attack speed by 50% before unleashing his load onto her. Amumu's ultimate entangles his enemy, making them unable to basic attack or use mobility spells, which immediately spells Vayne counter. Hecarim's ultimate cannot be knocked back so he can dash behind Vayne without much interference before knocking her into his own team. Nunu has a lot of attack speed slows and his ultimate forces Vayne to use her E on him if no other CC allies are around, allowing one of Nunu's allies to jump in successfully and kill Vayne. Vi counters for the same reason as Hecarim except she will probably kill Vayne herself, but provides less AoE initiation than Hecarim. Diana is just a good Middle lane Assassin currently with multiple dashes so a Vayne knock back doesn't stop her. Her E also removes the use of Tumble truthfully and her W shields her from Vayne damage, simple enough. A good Talon is really good at getting in unnoticed and instantly killing any carry, so killing someone that is so short range and can't poke him back is easy. Zed's single target combo with his ultimate is always a solid way to kill a hard to kill target. Vayne's one big weakness is her poke is very limited, so Ezreal's long range lets him control the lane against a Vayne easily. Caitlyn follows the same rules as Ezreal. Tristana's knock back and overall better squishy damage as well as better range than Vayne accomplishes the same purpose as Ezreal v Vayne. Varus, once again, has a lot of range, but this time you also get his ultimate's root so he can make Vayne "Tumbleless". Blitzcrank is the god of picking out and killing targets with little retaliation so him countering Vayne should be little surprise (other hook characters can work as well, like Thresh and Nautilus). Braum's shield can block everything Vayne has and not proc Silver Bolts on Braum himself, making Vayne near useless if he has good positioning. Taric's point and click stun and intense healing makes it really hard for Vayne to do much in a fight, plus Taric's additonal tank stats for his team through his W and burst damage through W and R make him decent as getting Vayne low for an ally to pick off.
