Does ulting with Ekko remove Death Mark?

If Zed ults you, and you (ekko) then ult, is death mark removed if it wasn't on you 4 seconds ago?

Same question for someone like vlad.

That completely ruins the "moving back in time" thing. If it wasn't on you then why would it be now?

why when you cast a spell and it costs mana is it not refunded because you know it wasnt used 4 seconds ago. or why isn't your ult off CD? it wasn't used 4 seconds ago.

If you watch the cinematic they did, he clearly "moves back in time" but still feels the effects of what happened. He gets more and more beat up as he attempts the fight over and over. He resets his position but not his body -- at least not fully.

In terms of game balance it would be kind of ridiculous if it negated all DOTs and damage dealt to you.

No. But if you ult after Zed unloads on you, you will heal up a lot of the dmg and probably survive.

I would think if you used it at precisely the right time, you could negate the damage as you would become untargetable. You can do the same thing with Cait's ult (I think he even has a special quote for that), and with practice, Shaco can do the same thing with his clone
