They just need to remove "memes and games" as a hot topic.

You can thank Riot for their reddit style boards and the lifetime upvotes counter for that one. Seriously, the shitposting level the boards are reaching is almost Facebook bad.

I feel you, but these things are usually very bursty, it'll die down after a bit. In the meantime you can use the Hot sorting for the specific Boards you are interested in.
