Tips on Udyr jungle and counter jungling

I've been playing a lot of Udyr jungle for a while now and I really enjoy all of his utility and his general playstyle. I generally do well with him, but I wonder if there's some tips more experience players with him would have. One thing though, is that sometimes I struggle ganking the really mobile mid laners like Fizz, Zed and Leblanc.

I have a good idea of what routes to take to gank and when to gank, but I don't really know how or when to counter jungle. I always take a camp whenever the enemy jungler dies but that's about all I know lol. And I honestly don't know how to counter them taking my camps. I know warding can help, but I have to use my wards on dragon and on entrances to the enemy jungle and counting on your teammates other than the support to help out with warding is a childish fantasy on low elo's (I'm still unranked).

Well, an easy first step is to take camps when they show up in an opposite Lane. Late game, if the enemy jungler is clearing a wave bottom Lane I'll typically call to go Baron if the team is nearby. The same applies early, if you're blue and see him ganking bottom while you're top, go take his red/krugs/raptors. If he's ganking top go take his blue/gromp/wolves.

To defend your camps, predominantly just have good control over clearing your camps when they spawn. You're buffs shouldn't be up for over a minute after they spawn. Your other camps aren't hugely important to have stolen so prioritize ganks over them but definitely take them when you can.

I don't play udyr much so I can't help you with ganks, but late game use your ad and ms to split push towers. Ward the jungle pretty deep so you can see the enemy coming early enough to escape. Also make sure your team is pushing another objective hard when you split push so the enemy can't commit to taking you with no consequence.

Think a warding tip for any jungler in general, if you are behind, being invaded, or counter jungled, your priority is no longer your team or objectives but yourself. Save your wards for the entrance to YOUR jungle, and ward near your buffs when they have less then 50 or 40s on spawn timer. Once you do a few camp clears and you are successfully, you can start back pushing your wards back out into enemy territory.
