This ticked me off so much. Our team was balanced and they were all marksmen. Qbsolutely absurd and toxic. Rito needs to give new champs a break and fix their downright broken, toxic horrifically lopsided excuse for "balance". This game is as balanced as a rhino on a rooftop juggling fat pandas.....with several cherries on top .
The catering is the primary reason Riot won't correct severe balance problems while adding even more and even bigger balance nightmares.
I feel like League needs to devolve in order to evolve. There are so many bad mechanics that are 1 sided and the only way you can identify them is by starting from the beginning. Nonetheless, there are a lot of good mechanics too though.

I always felt it was weird mercs was the anti cc (generalist boots with MR?) while tabi was a much more targeted anti ad (really hurts autoattackers)
In my opinion it would be a good move to increase the cost of 
and give it the tenacity, and replace the tenacity of merc treads with something like “take x% less damage from aoe skills” or maybe “gain a speed boost when hit by magic damage.”

I mean let's face the truth , Mercs are just too good to be bought in all situations and Tabis suck , seriously armor isn't that useful overall.
What AD champions do you need tenacity vs?
