But can you at least pay attention to the important shit like "Report a Bug"?

There are commonly known issues ongoing with the game that have yet to be addressed that players have pointed out in these sections of the boards.

It's important, you know?

Or are we expected to submit a ticket in every instance of something not going right? Because, if that's the case then you may as well just remove those forums altogether and have the links redirect us to submitting those tickets.

Seriously, Riot. Fee free to ignore Gameplay, Rant, Behavior, Concepts, Streams, Memes, etc like always. But can you at least pay attention to your shit breaking down? Can you at least be bothered to say 'we are aware and we are working on it', thereby publicly acknowledging issues?

Riot next week: We decided to remove our forums since there was no activity, and from now own you can post on reddit while we have more slaves and bots to censor everything that isn't esport, and submit a bugs via tickets, we don't care about them anyway until we see them in a live stream esport tournament.

I feel like they probably look there in Report A Bug sometimes but they don't interact with users because they can't guarantee a timeframe for the bug actually being fixed because some of them can legitimately take a rather long time to resolve.

Why on earth did you bring ranked back up when the critical error bug is still having a major impact on ranked? It has cost me a demotion and now one game in my promos. Get your flipping act in order Riot!!!

I don't think submitting a ticket even works. The people reading the tickets are lambda employee like you and me, no? I mean it's nothing high enough in Riot...

It's like complaining about delivery at the groceries store to the cashier.......... it wouldn't help much.

After Mordekaiser being full of bugs for ages until he got reworked, it's now Warwick who is so full of bugs that he is unplayable... and he won't get a rework any time soon, so, RIP

Chances are if the bug is posted to the 'Report a Bug' boards then Riot has already had exposure to it through other means, ticket submissions, Youtube video uploads, Tweets, Reddit posts, Discord discussion, etc.

Not all bugs that are reported need to be replied to, upvoted, and praised. I'm certain Riot has acknowledged it, just not explicitly. bug are always being hunted down and the patch notes reflect that. There's always a bug that's fixed, some sooner than others.

It's not a matter of Riot hating their own board.

But if I had to guess if they did hate their own boards, you'd have to ask yourself, 'What's there to like?" When so many of the posts that raise pertinent discussion get BURIED by the posts the use the rage and the frustrations of the players to generate upvotes. That's all on you guys, the frequent board visitors, to take charge of how discussions get handled. So if all you guys wanna bitch and moan about how unsatisfied with the game, then what does Riot have to gain then they visit a their own platform? Now you wonder why they favor Reddit over the boards. Not that it's a fact but it's worth thinking if it's a possibility.
