But can you at least pay attention to the important shit like "Report a Bug"?

There are commonly known issues ongoing with the game that have yet to be addressed that players have pointed out in these sections of the boards.

It's important, you know?

Or are we expected to submit a ticket in every instance of something not going right? Because, if that's the case then you may as well just remove those forums altogether and have the links redirect us to submitting those tickets.

Seriously, Riot. Fee free to ignore Gameplay, Rant, Behavior, Concepts, Streams, Memes, etc like always. But can you at least pay attention to your shit breaking down? Can you at least be bothered to say 'we are aware and we are working on it', thereby publicly acknowledging issues?

Oh no, they don't care about bugs even if it's from one of their pro players or in a pro match. If a Rioter doesn't get the bug, it doesn't exist, even with proof of the bug.

Yeah, only esports. This just shows how people on boards upvote blatantly false info or posts. Maybe if 99% of the posts weren’t hot garbage and if the “well thought out” suggestions weren’t laughably bad, then maybe Riot would pay attention. (No, writing a lot of text doesn’t make a post “well thought out” when it’s full of shit that’s blatantly false).

There are more people actively looking for master+ duoQ games in the league subreddit discord than master+ people that have posted here in the past month. No shit they’re going to listen to the forum that has more people who actually know how to play the game.

The worst thing is they don't even fix the tournament ones. There were many bugs happening at the last MSI. Mostly spectator bugs and they still haven't fixed the spectator yet. They just don't care. I don't see how they don't understand that this is very damaging for their reputation (which is already very low). They have some serious incompetence issues internally which if they don't resolve will cause even more problems. Bugs are just stacking up they don't fix anything. In the last patch notes there were like only 5 bugfixes. Their PR is also horrible because they don't talk to us about these issues at all. They are ignoring the community and it's very obvious. But it's going to backfire to them and already has.

Aren't the forum mods actually unpaid? Like the arbitors or whatever they're all called. So they actually do have "slaves" censoring the boards to some extent lol

I feel like they probably look there in Report A Bug sometimes but they don't interact with users because they can't guarantee a timeframe for the bug actually being fixed because some of them can legitimately take a rather long time to resolve.

If someone would reply my first thought is ok, atleast they pass it on to someone who knows how to fix it and not "FIX NAO RITO USELESS COMPANY", its about getting any feedback from Riot, and not making false promises (how long the fix will take to be rolled out).

Okay, but at least acknowledging that they are going to do something would be nice. Just say or write, yes we're looking further into it, but we can't give you a time when it will be fixed. These are small little things which help us to see that Riot is not completely AFK and ignoring us. I mean, sometimes I ask myself, genuinely what are they doing? Are there really people who look into the forums? (Whether Reddit and their own Forums) Is Riot really reads our topics and our problems? These are some questions in my head, yet unanswered.

I don't think submitting a ticket even works. The people reading the tickets are lambda employee like you and me, no? I mean it's nothing high enough in Riot...

It's like complaining about delivery at the groceries store to the cashier.......... it wouldn't help much.

After Mordekaiser being full of bugs for ages until he got reworked, it's now Warwick who is so full of bugs that he is unplayable... and he won't get a rework any time soon, so, RIP

Chances are if the bug is posted to the 'Report a Bug' boards then Riot has already had exposure to it through other means, ticket submissions, Youtube video uploads, Tweets, Reddit posts, Discord discussion, etc.

Not all bugs that are reported need to be replied to, upvoted, and praised. I'm certain Riot has acknowledged it, just not explicitly. bug are always being hunted down and the patch notes reflect that. There's always a bug that's fixed, some sooner than others.

It's not a matter of Riot hating their own board.

But if I had to guess if they did hate their own boards, you'd have to ask yourself, 'What's there to like?" When so many of the posts that raise pertinent discussion get BURIED by the posts the use the rage and the frustrations of the players to generate upvotes. That's all on you guys, the frequent board visitors, to take charge of how discussions get handled. So if all you guys wanna bitch and moan about how unsatisfied with the game, then what does Riot have to gain then they visit a their own platform? Now you wonder why they favor Reddit over the boards. Not that it's a fact but it's worth thinking if it's a possibility.

It is a key part of Yasuo's Kit and without it his wr would drop even more and he would die almost instantly every teamfight or 1v1. I know low elo likes to think he is mega busted beyond repair but he really isn't. You should be looking at riven with a %55 wr and a %10 pickrate in masters+ That's fucking broken.
