quadruple the cooldown on his W and it should cost at least 50 mana oh and the double the cooldown on his ult and hes fine

SHould all his abilities also do half damage? Remove his passive, the shield on his Q, and now his R also doesn't blink or dash. ti just aoes on him?

But Kassadin is fine?

He's just a normal hypercarry that needs to be in melee range with an ult that has a shorter range thab flash to put him there.

Just smash him before level 18, or use any number of champions that counter him to kill him after he snowballs.

At least he isn't a hypercarry with a good early game, like some champions.

If all the buffs were needless, why wasn't he broken a year ago?
