Riot seriusly needs to rework the summoner spells. Most of them are no room for creativity or skill

Summoner spells have been around for a LOOOOOONG time and they've helped shape the meta, sometimes even breaking it. They can be exciting, can be used for cool plays, exploiting the map and your opponents mistakes. However, most of them are completely braindead.

summoner 12 summoner 4 Are pretty much the only summoners that require some amount of skill.

summoner 4 can be used very simply just to run away or catch somebody but it also makes the possibilites endless. Interupting a JarvanIV e-q with your flash to knock somebody up takes skill. Using flash to immediately punish an opponents mistake takes knowledge and reflexes.

summoner 12 Teleport can also be used simply just to get back itno lane but it can also be used for cross map plays that require you to be able to read the map and be good at decion making. It also takes knowledge to know when to save it, like when infernal drake is up it might be wise to save tp for a cross-map gank and so on.

summoner 14 is just... point and click dmg on a long cd.

Seriusly, the other summoners have no thought behind their use what so ever.

About to die? Simply pop with no thoughtsummoner 7 summoner 21

G2G fast? pop with no thought summoner 6

Need to kill somebody? pop with no thought summoner 14

Need to stop assassins with the press of a button? summoner 3

My problem isn't even that they can be used in simple ways, since they ahve to be able ot be used in simple way for new players. My problem with these is that unlike tp and flash, there no further room for creativy, skill or game knowledge.

They should honestly be either removed, as with hte case of summoner 32, or be seriusly reworked.
