Fix illaois tentacle hitbox

I'm a level 7 Illaoi player, and I can tell you that her tentacle hitboxes DO NOT represent how the tentacles are actually gonna hit. The range and width is much bigger on the actual hitbox than on the one the players get to see.

Pls fix this shit
