If Riot Games was a Restaurant
Clients: "Yo, your food is shit"
Riot games: " We believe that 200 years of collective professional cooking experience says otherwise"
Clients: "Yo, your food is shit"
Riot games: " We believe that 200 years of collective professional cooking experience says otherwise"
Still succeeds because it's literally the only restaurant of its type in the city.

Next time on kitchen nightmares! Gordon Ramsay visit riot games restaurant!
I'll let you imagine what could possibly happen. Do make me laugh please though.
if riot was a restaurant it would go like this:
hello we are 10 ppl and need a table for sunday riot: okay. you can come in on wednesday. the table is for 18 people so you'll just have to pay extra for the seats that you cant use.
group: uhm... ok guess that works. we'd also like to order 10 steaks with fries. riot: okay we'll serve you 2 steaks, 6 spaghettis and 2 soups. with rice.
group: will you serve the food in less than 30min? (or 30 days) riot: it will take between 2-4 hours (120-240 days)
group: okay... with this service we wont tipp much just saying people in the restaurant(community): wow you guys are assholes they tried their bets, tipp at least 200% you ungrateful bastards.
riot: ah yes, everything works fine
With 400 chefs.
You know, this is actually a great analogy.
You going into a michelin starred restaurant and telling them the food is shit simply because you don't like filet mignon or caviar or whatever it is does not mean that it is bad.
Likewise, you saying the client is shit when it works for millions of players a day and only a small percent of a small percent have problems with it doesn't mean it's shit. Nothing works perfectly for everyone - not even restaurants. If you go somewhere expecting perfection for you yourself, instead of the best possible for the most possible then that's on you - not the restaurant.
